Incoming sheet metal verified against grade, thickness, and surface specification before acceptance.

Drawing Review

Production team confirms DFM compliance and material selection against customer drawing before job start.

First-Off Check

First component from every batch dimensionally inspected before full production run proceeds.

In-Process QC

Periodic dimensional checks during production run to detect and correct process drift early.

Final Inspection

100% visual check plus dimensional sampling on completed batch before packaging.

Dispatch Release

Batch released for dispatch only after QC sign-off — documentation and traceability records retained.

What We Measure

Quality Parameters & Standards

Dimensional Accuracy

Verification against drawing tolerances using calibrated digital vernier calipers, height gauges, and coordinate measuring tools on all critical dimensions.

Laser Cut Edge Quality

Laser-cut edges inspected for burrs, dross, and surface quality on the Amada LC Valster 3015 AJ output. Ensures safe handling and accurate downstream assembly.

Punch Press Output

Punched hole dimensions and positions verified against DXF drawings. Louvre and formed features checked for correct depth and profile.

Bend Angle Tolerance

CNC press brake angles verified using digital protractors. Standard tolerance ±0.5° on Amada HG 1303. Tighter tolerances available on request.

Flatness & Squareness

Sheet flatness checked post-processing on all bending operations to ensure components assemble correctly without rework in the field.

Material Traceability

Batch numbers and material certificates retained for every production order. Full traceability from incoming material to dispatched component.

Non-Conformance Control

Any out-of-spec component is quarantined and subject to formal NCR process before disposition — no non-conforming parts leave our facility.

Document Control

All production drawings, job cards, inspection records, and customer communications maintained under our ISO 9001:2015 document control system.
